The concept: A Creative Terrarium
Secret Garden Sessions were an off-shoot of a greater creative brand, The Avant Garden. These posters were commissioned to promote the pilot SGS which hoped to see young creates meeting, mingling and problem solving local issues within the creative community, as well as broader Cape Town.
The visual direction is a brand extension and had to develop from The Avant Garden’s key brand elements, gradients and geometry). Naturally, the idea of a Terrarium was born as it alludes to connection as well as a home for growth. Each core value is represented by a terrarium which have then been used across the communication to distinguish between the value poster, the save the date and the invitation.
